Clean hospital and rooms more like a hotel than hospital. Made to feel very welcome, comfortable and safe. Top equipment and thorough testing carried out prior to procedure. The process was explained in great depth, given lots of opportunities to ask questions. Doctors fantastic! Attended each morning post op to check up on us. Some nurses struggled with communication but having Mevce our interpreter on hand 24/7 was a huge help! Mevce was with us every day and made sure our requests were met and nothing was too much trouble for her. She told us to contact her at any time day or night if we needed anything and did her best for us.

From start to finish everything was excellent & I could not fault the service. Everything was done for me, flights, hotel, taxis & dental plan. The staff are very friendly & helpful. The treatment plan I had consisted of, extractions, sinus lift, membrane implants & five upper implants. Everything was step-by-step explained. I’m very nervous with any dental treatment & I was relaxed & reassured all the way through. The first thing you notice after entering the clinic is how clean the clinic is & how nice & professional the staff are. Back home in Ireland this would of taking months & would have cost me soooo much more money. The price difference is unbelievable, seriously, unbelievable. I will return in a few months for my final treatment & I am look forward to it. A special thank you to Nida for all your help and making the process so easy for me 😊

Absolutely amazing! I had gastric sleeve in Izmir nearly two years ago and lost seven stone, so I decided it was time for a tummy tuck in Istanbul and I’m two and half weeks post op and I feel amazing. My tummy is lovely and flat. The staff and the surgeon are lovely. I can’t recommend them enough. Xx

I had an amazing experience, with all the staff working there, they were extremely supportive , kind , helpful and friendly. They were very efficient and perfectly organised everything for me. The service of transportation was coordinated very well and the hotel was beautiful, in a perfect location. Dr Fatma is very experienced and she certainly delivered, her services as required. All the staff were lovely, kind, professional and accommodating. Mevce was amazing and made sure everything was translated well and any questions we had were answered.
The nurses were amazing and despite a language barrier were patient and hardworking to ensure comfort was key.
My husband was fed 3 meals a day and always provided with fresh water.
I’m currently sat in the hotel 3 days post op (gastric sleeve), it’s a lovely hotel with access to the spa/Turkish bath (gutted I can’t use it with having surgical wounds).
I would highly recommend Hermes to anyone, and will definitely be using them for my plastics in the future.

Very good experience, VIP car waited for me after airport arrival, picked me up, transfered to hotel, hotel staff was very welcoming, english speaking people, they showed me my room.
First day of clinic visit Taxi picked me up, transfered to clinic, welcomed there by Hermes representative, very polite and helpful, got introduced to the treatment plan, had another X-Ray.
After 6 succesful days of treatment i had 4 implants and 3 bone grafts , deep cleaning, was left whitout any pain, a little bit swollen which is normal, no infection, very good healing process. All I can say is you can be sure Hermes takes care of their customers well. Pick Hermes for your dental procedures, it will be safe and fast , recommending it to everyone !
